Description

    The Disan P/N ___ Elevation Resolver (Proprietary) supports the sensor (camera) ball for the AAQ-18 Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) system. It is used on the AC-130 Spectre Gunship and other weapons platforms. The resolver not only provide the mechanical support and rotation for the FLIR ball, but also provides highly accurate electronic target position location for the on-board computers.
